These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Vanguard Auto Transport LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Vanguard Auto Transport LLC acts as a licensed auto transport broker, arranging the transportation of vehicles between customers and carriers. We do not own or operate carrier trucks.

Quotes & Estimates

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer (vehicle type, condition, pickup/delivery location, timing).
  • Prices may change if details differ from those provided at booking.

Payment

  • A broker fee or deposit may be charged at the time of booking.
  • Remaining balance is typically due to the carrier upon delivery, payable via cash, certified funds, or as agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate vehicle and location information.
  • Ensure the vehicle is ready for transport (removing personal belongings, documenting condition).
  • Be present (or authorize an agent) at pickup and delivery.

Carrier Responsibilities

  • Carriers are responsible for transporting vehicles safely and in compliance with all regulations.
  • Carrier insurance covers damages occurring during transit, subject to policy terms and exclusions.

Liability

  • Vanguard Auto Transport LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical issues, strikes, or other events outside of our control.
  • Damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and filed directly with the carrier’s insurance.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations before a carrier is assigned may be eligible for a refund (minus administrative fees).
  • Once a carrier is dispatched, deposits may be non-refundable.

Prohibited Items

Vehicles must not contain hazardous materials, weapons, illegal items, or personal belongings exceeding allowable limits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Vanguard Auto Transport LLC is registered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Effective Date.”
